DALPRO "LEAK-TRACY"
General Purpose Leak-Tracing Fluid
For pressurized gases
D&L Products, Inc. introduces Leak-Tracing Techniques for pressurized gas and non-pressurized flow systems using DALPRO
Leak-Tracing is straightforward and simple. Liberally apply
Good News , No Bubbles = No Leak! Move on and continue Leak-Tracing with the next joint point until the entire system has been Leak-Traced.
Leak-Tracing should be performed on all pressurized gas systems to insure there is no leak. The pressured gas itself can be used to trace for leaks.
Leak-Tracy DLT series of leak tracing fluid. Leak-Tracy is a highly developed leak detection system, capable of detecting microscopic leaks up to 1 x 10-6 cc/sec, when properly applied. Leak-Tracing is an important part of insuring flow system integrity. With Leak-Tracy there is no compromise and upon completion of your Leak-Tracing, you can be sure the system is safe and secure. Leak-Tracy to all seams, joints and connection points to verify they are secure or detect a leak. Leak-Tracy visually points out the location of a leak. Clear, living bubbles detect the leak point. The bubbles are designed to grow and last, giving positive leak detection. Remember, it is as important to not find a leak as it is to detect a leak! This is the Tracing Process, using DALPRO Leak-Tracy. Leak-Tracy is manufactured with pure chemistries to insure that it will neither interfere with the pressurizing gases, nor leave an objectionable residue as may be found with inferior products. Leak-Tracy formulations are designed to meet general and specific applications. DLT-77 is General Purpose, suited for most applications down to freezing. For Oxygen Systems, to meet MIL Specification MIL-PRF-25567, Type 1, we recommend DLT-102, Temperature Range 32 F to 160 F . For super cold environments, there is DLT-65, for a Type 2 Temperature Range of - 50 F to +104 F .
Leak-Tracy
Works practically everywhere! Leak-Tracy is used for general purpose and in unique settings like Nuclear Installations, Hospital Oxygen Networks, Food Processing Systems and many other critical applications. Leak-Tracing is done on New Installations, Repaired Sites, Problem Areas, and Suspected Locations, to insure the integrity of the system. It is also used for non-pressurized tanks and piping systems, by injecting low pressure air or inert gas to check welds and flanges for leaks before commissioning.
Leak-Tracy will not stress Stainless Steel or PVC/Plastic piping systems. Leak-Tracy will not cause corrosion or leave problematic residue. It is non-toxic and is in compliance with professional and commercial specifications High-Tech leak detecting applications. Under the Red Cap is the Pull Out "Squirter Tube" that lets you get to hard to reach places and accurately apply Leak-Tracy as needed. Vertical, Horizontal, Up, Down, Around, Behind you can Leak-Trace.
